Joann Jesser
I have been with The Village Family Service Center for over 13 years, helping children and families. I hold a degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. I began my journey as a facilitator for the program, and I now serve as the FCE Supervisor for the state of North Dakota. The FCE program is designed to help at-risk children who are involved with Social Services and/or Juvenile Court stay out of the foster care system and remain with family. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, boating/camping, and traveling.
