I provide outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, and couples. I earned my MS in Counseling here in Moorhead at MSUM.

My approach to counseling primarily draws on Adlerian Therapy, focusing on the individual as a unique whole, but I incorporate techniques from numerous approaches including Person-Centered Therapy and CBT.

My goal is to help people build self-insight and empower them to work toward the changes they would like to see in their lives in an empathic, non-judgmental environment.
