I utilize a strength-based approach to allow clients to recognize their potential. I highly value being able to make connections with clients to empower them to achieve their therapeutic goals. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from North Dakota State University in 2016 and worked full time in the field of human services until I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2020. I am now a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and am training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors with my dog, reading, and watching Minnesota sports teams.
